TTXGP WORLD SERIES 2010 LAUNCHES ON ESPN UK

ESPN is available on the SKY (417), BTVision (34), Virgin (533), TalkTalk (555), TopUpTV (34)

Programming starts in July 2010 with a run of 10 x 1hr shows to the World Final.

TTXGP is proud to announce an agreement with ESPN, one of the world's leading sports media companies, to bring the next generation of motorsports to the viewers throughout the UK. ESPN joins Speed2 (USA), SportsItalia (Italy), Novolarie (Italy), CBC (Canada/TTXGP Americas Round 3) and eGrandPrix.TV in the distribution of TTXGP TV to the world. Negotiations continue with other territories to expand the TTXGP footprint through 2010 and beyond.

The TTXGP joins an ESPN schedule that includes live coverage of the Barclays Premier League, the FA Cup, Premiership Rugby, Clydesdale Bank Premier League, UEFA Europa League, Italian Serie A, German Bundesliga, UFC, French Top 14 Rugby, NBA, DTM and much more.

The TTXGP 1 hour shows will cover exclusive behind scenes interviews with riders, details on the technology and championship racing from across the 3 national championships from some of the leading motorsport tracks in the world.

The season kicks off with full length special of TTXGP 2009 from the Isle of Man TT, where it all started. This will be followed by the 2010 rounds from North America 2010 and moving to the UK and Italy. The final from Albacete will be the season finale. This is the first time motorcycle motorsports joins the ESPN UK broadcast network.

TTXGP, the eGrandPrix is the first and leading international race series providing a high profile platform for the development of electric motorcycles, enabling the futuristic technology behind them to be tested in an exciting and challenging way. TTXGP aims to drive low carbon technological innovation forward, to demonstrate that clean-emission transport technologies have matured and can be fun, fast and exciting.
