Jenny Tinmouth in pole position, followed by Tork India in second place for tomorrow's TTXGP UK Round One: Snetterton. Jenny Tinmouth pushing the bike, despite being in pole position, lost the front end under braking and came off by the esses under the bridge, both rider and bike are well although the team will be pulling an all nighter to make the grid. Her Agni team mate Rob Moon has faired well on this, his first day on the bike. The team have made some controller changes between practices and he is very happy with the result.
The Tork India boys are doing well, a very consistent performance has meant they are currently second place on the grid; a great result for them. After the first practice they adjusted part of the fairing to allow their rider to maximise his lean angles which appears to have done the job and given them a great result.
Controller issues plagued ManTTX today but the team are confident of resolving them in time for the race. James McBride as ever putting in a stirling performance.
A software glitch in both Mavizen bikes resulted in unexpected throttle responses by the riders. This slowed down Morris Motorcycles and Electric Hussars however as the problem has been identified the teams are confident this will be fixed by tomorrow.
Both Kingston and LiFeBATT teams are happy with the way the bikes are running, and are quietly confident of a good result.
MRB had a motor issue; overheating in the first practise, fixed this in time for the qualifier and are happy with the 2nd time out. A bit of tinkering with the gearing will see them fully prepped for the big race.
